1925 Geneva Protocol

While chemical weapons were of secondary importance to the 1925 conference, the Geneva Protocol was the only successful treaty to emerge from the negotiations. As opposed to prior debates in the League of Nations, a consensus, fragile though it was, emerged concerning chemical weapons.
